About

Brief Biography

My research sits at the intersection of robust control, set-theoretic estimation, and reachability analysis. The common thread is reliable autonomy under uncertainty — designing controllers and estimators that come with provable guarantees on safety and performance even when the model is imperfect and the disturbances are bounded but unknown.

The work spans spacecraft proximity operations, unmanned aerial vehicles, and ground robots, mixing analysis with hardware-in-the-loop experiments. I am continuing this direction as a postdoctoral researcher.

Research interests

Reliable autonomy for aerospace systems operating under uncertainty.

Estimation

Set-membership filtering

Bounded-error estimators that describe the full set of states consistent with the measurements.

Control

Robust MPC

Model predictive control that respects state and input constraints under disturbances and model error.

Verification

Reachability analysis

Reachable-set computation for safety analysis and certification of closed-loop autonomy.
